“I don’t know, Cam. I never did this before.” I was always so cautious with everything. I was a good girl.
Camille rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. “It’s a party. You only live once.”
I blew out a large sigh, contemplated once more, then tossed back the pills and followed it with a chug of beer.
The party continued without Elissa. No one saw as she passed out, slipped into a coma, and died.

She picked up her pace and then hit an icy patch.
